Thanks for the eucalyptus tip. I just need to figure out where I can get some eucalyptus OIL...

Poor you! Dev has some good suggestions. I remember when I was pregnant, I got sick and used eucalyptus oil and just hovered over it to help with the sinus. There's also a saline nose spray that will be harmless to the baby but totally help you. And you can use it as much as you want. Cold-Eeze is zinc and all natural, I think, so you should be able to take that as well. They're like cold drops - they taste terrible, but really help. Just be sure to drink lots and lots of water if you do use those.
Oh and you should be able to get the oil at any homeopathic type store. Maybe some place that sells herbs... maybe even in the vitamin aisle at your local drug store.
